Wilderness Trail is the oldest distillery in historic Danville, Kentucky; their focus is on the purity of local ingredients. Classic spice notes up front give way to a hint of caramel, leather, and vegetal notes, thanks to the higher percentage of corn and barley. It’s aged for a minimum of 4 years.
