White Wines
Garalis 'Terra Ambera' Lemnos Island, Greece 2018 - $24
Muscat of Alexandria
A truly divine wine; rich and luscious. Fragrant, floral aromas, of course, from the Muscat grape, but with a full, deep golden fruit underneath. On the palate there is a solid weight, but it's fresh and silky in texture. Passion fruit and wet stone. -  organic
Leo Steen Dry Creek, Sonoma, California 2015 - $19
Chenin Blanc
Beautiful Cali Chenin Blanc... shades of the Loire Valley with a sunnier disposition. A lovely nose, with aromas of apple, Anjou pear, white jasmine tea and hints of peach and nutmeg. Those flavors mingle with green tropical elements, all supported by crisp acidity and enlivening mineral. - sustainable
Feudo Montoni 'Timpa' Agrigento, Sicily, Italy 2018  -  $20

Wines have been made at Feudo Montoni since 1469. Their high elevation, old-vine grapes are organically grown among grain fields & olive groves. Aromas of yellow peach, apricot & Spanish almonds which follow through on the palate with vibrant acid & a long, soft finish. -  organic

Stein ‘Ohne’ Mosel, Germany 2016  -  $36

'Ohne' means without in German. Not only is this wine without a label, but without any additions to the wine. 2 years on the lees in old oak, which precludes the need to add sulfur. Vibrant acidity with as close to a brioche-note as you'll ever find in a Riesling. Dense, golden, lush & utterly satisfying.  -  natural

Villard 'Expresion Reserve' Valle de Casablanc, Chile 2017 - $20
Sauvignon Blanc

A beautiful and elegant expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the high elevation vineyards in Chile. Unmistakably Sauvignon Blanc, but with a much more floral and softer side than most. The vineyard's cool climate allows complexity to develop without over-ripening of the fruit. - sustainable

Domaine Kox, Wellenstein, Luxembourg 2016 - $24

Pinot Auxerrois

Luxembourg, but it's not as 'out there' as you might think. Just downstream the Mosel River from the celebrated German wine region (Mosel) & sharing much of the same terroir - with a kiss of French (Alsace) influence. Round (lychee-like?) texture, with vibrant river-stone mineral for a long finish. - sustainable

Balea Txakoli, Getaria, Basque Country, Spain 2018 - $17

95% Hondarrabi Zuri & 5% Hondarribi Beltza

One of the original 10 members of the Getariako Txakolina DO (a number that has more than tripled since it was founded in 1990). Fresh & clean with the lively acidity & light spritz of classic Txakoli wines. Citrus & salinity galore... as if you were standing right on the beach. - sustainable

Clou Lentiscus ‘Perill Blanc’ Penedés, Catalonia, Spain 2017 - $33

Clos Lentiscus is mostly known for their amazing, natural sparkling wines, but they also make a few still wines - such as this. And, wow. This is a brilliant wine, with vibrant energy, a lovely sensual texture and a combination of subtle, bright citrus zest with fine, clean mineral notes. - natural

Mouthes le Bihan ‘Viellefont Blanc’ Côtes de Duras, SouthWest, France 2014 - $23

50% Sémillon, 25% Sauvignon Blanc & 25% Muscadelle

A special treat. 70+ year old Sémillon grapes were aged in oak, giving a lush, honeyed, dense complexity. This is balanced seamlessly by Sauvignon. Blanc & Muscadelle, in stainless steel, with clean, floral & citrus notes. A wine worthy of reflection, but careful, it disappears from the bottle quickly. - natural

Vignoble Réveille ’White Spirit’ Côtes Catalanes, France 2017 - $27

From the far southern edges of Frances, pressed up against the border with Spain, where wines grow up wild and funky. A passionate expression of robust, golden floral and earthy fruit with a definite lush density to it, but enough vibrant acid and mineral to keep it on it's toes. - natural
