The grapes are co-fermented on the skins for 60 days(!) in large tanks. There’s a reason Frank Cornelisson’s wines have achieved über-cult status – this, his entry level wine is as mind warping as they come, yet still fragrant & thoroughly elegant.

Volcanic soils impart characteristic earthiness and maybe even a hint of smoke. This is one of only two whites Frank makes; it’s relatively rare out here in the wild.
