From vines planted by nuns in 1963 & maintained by them since. An emaculately pale, light red wine. Soft, calming aromas of red licorice, dried leaves & fresh pipe tobacco. On the palate, it is unpretensious, sporting a floral edge and soft, earthy fruit.
