Shipping & returns



For the most part, all sales are final on wines and sakés and they may NOT be returned for a refund, credit or exchange. Sometimes however, wines, and to a lesser extent, spirits, and sakés may be flawed without any noticeable exterior signs of damage. In these cases, we are happy to exchange purchased items for a replacement item(s) of equal or greater value. If you exchange an item for one of greater value, you will be asked to provide the retail price difference, along with any applicable taxes, at the time of the exchange.

Since we cannot control how bottles are stored once they leave our possession, we will only accept bottles for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items to be returned are subject to evaluation by our staff. To return an item, please bring it back "as is" (i.e. please do not dump and/or rinse the bottle) to Atlas Wine Merchants within 30 days of purchase, so we can verify the defect. If your items were shipped, please call us at (718) 676-6293 to discuss your options.




We do offer shipping to most places in the continental US, and we will have the website set up soon so you can directly order for shipping. In the meantime, we are happy to process shipping orders the "old fashioned way" - please email us ([email protected]) or call us during shop hours (718.676.6293) and we can get everything set up for you. The law requires that all deliveries of products containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult over the age of 21 upon receiving.
