This Pét-Nat is citrusy, floral, and a touch salty thanks to the vineyard’s proximity to the Sardinian coast. Quartomoro began life as a garage winery and has slowly expanded while remaining a small 10-hectare operation. Minimal intervention in the vineyard and cellar is the name of the game.
