Parés Baltà "Cosmic" 2020

This wine is out of sight. The little bit of Sauvignon Blanc goes a really long way. The vineyards this fruit comes from are located atop some of the highest mountains in Penedès & the lean, cleanliness shows. Super smooth, juicy & bright, but retaining great acid & a long, mineral finish.
