Parés Baltà has been a family run winery for about 230 years - in that time they have fiured out how to make wonderful wine. This Cava is precise & delicious. Fresh, round orchard fruit, but with a long, clean, fine-mineral finish. It drinks like a great French Crémant, but at a fraction of the price.
