Tart preserved lemons, with a touch of deep richness from 1.5 years on the lees, linear minerality, and a medium weight. Just beautiful bubbles. Gyula and Attila Pálffy are 6th and 7th gen winemakers, respectively. They farm organically in the tiny village of Köveskál north of Lake Balaton.
