Pinot Gris is actually a pink-skinned grape, so when co-fermented with Pinot Noir for 4 days the result is a…rosé? Orange wine? Ramato? Hard to say, but it’s delish. The wine is a blend of 2019 and 2020 vintages and spends over a year in stainless before bottling.
