Field Recordings "Skins" 2020

This is an easy-breezy skin contact wine with generous stone fruits, hints of marzipan and a clean palate…which is surprising, given that the wine spends a mammoth 60-90 days macerating on its skins. Winemaker Andrew Jones originally started this project as a side hobby; now he does it full time.
