Domaine Lionnet “Terre Brulée” Cornas 2016

Beautifully robust, with deep red fruits, garrigue, and animal fur, giving way to sous-bois and a rustic blend of dried spices and subtle plums. 20 days of whole cluster maceration yields a classically intense structure of tannin, acidity, and deep color. The Lionnet family have been growing grapes in Cornas since 1575. They tend a tiny 2.2 hectares.
