This is a stunning wine reminiscent of 1er Cru or even Grand Cru Burgundy. The nose shows a dizzying array of blueberry, blood orange and cherry fruits, with a palate of chalky mineral, silky tannic structure, and dark fruits. Stéphane was one of the first in the Jura to convert to organics.
