Clothilde is a producer known primarily for her wonderful Chablis wines, but she really excels in everything she does. She makes beautiful Pinot Noir from nearby Irancy and this great sparkler… whose grapes are from Chablis. Mineral, crisp with beautiful, ripe orchard fruit notes.
