If such a thing as a cult status Fiano producer exists, Ciro is it. A structured and age-worthy white with strong mineral, touches of stone fruit, and a medium to full body. Despite being in the south, these are high elevation vineyards with a cooler climate. This leads to an excellent acidic structure.
