This wine is on the skins for 40 days, hence why it almost looks like a red. The pink-skinned Grenache Gris (Gris meaning gray) produces a ramato-esque wine. Hints of red flower, caraway seed, and red raspberry. There’s a nice structure of acidity and balanced tannin.
