Chateau Pradeaux - Bandol Rouge 2012 MAGNUM

Provence reds generally get overshadowed by the ubiquitous rosé, and frankly that’s a shame; the best (like Pradeaux) rival any full-blooded, inky red you can throw at them. Whole cluster fermentation including stems adds hoary tannic grip, showing animal fur, dark flowers, and red fruits. Let it age for years to come…or decant for like 6 hours…
