Chateau de Cedre is run by 2 brothers, who have been farming organic from the get-go (certified since 2012). The 2020 vintage is 80% Colombard & 20% Ugni Blanc (a change from 60/40) and the new vintage is perhaps their best yet. Bright and citrusy with refreshing mineral zing and touch of fleshy-melons texture… the taste of wonderful, Summer picnic vibes somehow transferred into a bottle.
