Stéphane Lucas works 0.7 hectares in the Gaillac region of Southwest France. He works his tiny vineyards following biodynamic practices and is hands-off in the winemaking. Braucol, an indigenous grape, is deep with plentiful dark fruit, smoke, and brambly dark earth.
