An incredibly delicious co-ferment with bright srawberry fruit, excellent acidity, and a thirst-quenching minerality. The Tempranillo sees a 24-hour skin maceration, and then the direct press Verdejo is added and the two are co-fermented. Rueda is the ancestral home of Verdejo.
