Badenhorst works entirely organically. This wine also contains some purchased fruit from growers who work at a min. of sustainably. A backbone of Chenin Blanc, lending great structure to the brighter notes of the Chardonnay (apricots & ripe citrus) & subtle spice from the Viognier.
