34% Tsitska, 33% Tsolikouri & 33% Krakhuna

Amiran was originally an attorney, but when he inherited some vines, he began growing grapes and selling them. When he was offered less and less in return each year, he decided to embark on making his own wine with little to no intervention. Aged in qvevri with some skin contact, adding depth and earth to subtle stone fruits.

Native yeast, unfined/unfiltered, min. SO2 added
