Let’s call this a funky, funky Franken wine. Bacchus is a relatively obscure grape – a crossing of Riesling, Silvaner & Müller-Thurgau. There’s a wild lemon tang, but also a touch of RS, so it’s creamy like lemon curd. Yet there’s a touch of oxidation, so, nutty-funky lemon curd with bubbles? C’mon!
